Return and Refund Policy

As wine is quite dependent on storage conditions and how long it was opened and other factors/conditions that are out of our control, Granite Heights Return Policy on any wine purchased in tasting room or on-line is 30 days from purchase date and a defect/problem with wine must exist for the return to be accepted and you will need to provide a copy of your dated receipt with the bottle to be returned with cork.
