The Event Room at Granite Heights is fully enclosed, and climate controlled with a stone façade/gas fireplace that comfortably seats 40 people along with an adjacent covered Pavilion with a fireplace. Limited to 40 guests generally.
Monday-Thursday: $700 for a 3-hour block of time which can in the morning or afternoon or early evening. Must include 30 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for take down.
Friday: $700 for a 3-hour block of time which can in the morning or early afternoon Must include 30 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for take down.
Friday: $1000 for a 3-hour block of time in the late afternoon or evening (event must end by 8.30 pm and take down be completed by 9 pm).
Saturday-Sunday: $1500 for a 3-hour block of time -5.30 pm to 8.30 pm only available from March to December.
Tables and chairs and set-up are available.
In colder months electric ceiling heaters in the pavilion may be utilized for an additional fee.
